1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Additionally, when using this website's particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. We reserve the right to change these conditions from time to time as we see fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms.

2. Description of Services

We provide an online platform for purchasing authentic luxury timepieces, pre-owned watches, and related horological services. Our services include watch authentication, certification, product listings, order processing, customer support, worldwide shipping, and watch servicing arrangements.

Authentication & Certification Process

Every timepiece undergoes our rigorous multi-point authentication process conducted by certified horologists and gemologists. This includes verification of movement authenticity, case materials, dial originality, crown and pushers, bracelet/strap authenticity, and overall condition assessment. We utilize advanced equipment including loupe magnification, UV light testing, and movement analysis tools.

All authenticated watches receive a Certificate of Authenticity detailing the verification process, condition grade, and any notable characteristics. Pre-owned watches are graded on our standardized scale: Mint (99-100%), Excellent (95-98%), Very Good (90-94%), Good (80-89%), and Fair (70-79%). Any watch that fails authentication is immediately removed from our inventory and returned to the consigner.

Our inventory includes new luxury watches with manufacturer warranties, certified pre-owned timepieces, vintage collectibles (25+ years old), and limited edition pieces. Each category has specific condition standards and warranty coverage as detailed in our Product Warranty section.

3. Product Orders

By placing an order through our website, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, legally capable of entering into binding contracts, and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, or inventory discrepancies.

Order Confirmation & Processing

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Receipt of your order does not constitute acceptance. We will send you an order confirmation email once your order has been accepted and payment has been processed. Orders typically process within 1-2 business days, during which time we conduct final authentication verification and quality control checks.

Product Condition Definitions

  • New: Unworn with original packaging, papers, and manufacturer warranty
  • Mint (99-100%): Appears unworn with minimal handling marks
  • Excellent (95-98%): Light wear with no significant scratches or damage
  • Very Good (90-94%): Normal wear with minor scratches, fully functional
  • Good (80-89%): Moderate wear with visible scratches but good overall condition
  • Fair (70-79%): Heavy wear requiring potential service, sold as-is

Prices are subject to change without notice due to market fluctuations. All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and will notify you of any changes before processing your order.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Domestic Shipping (US)

All domestic orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS with full insurance and signature confirmation required. Standard delivery is 2-3 business days, with overnight and same-day options available in select metropolitan areas. All packages are discreetly packaged without external branding for security.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to most countries via FedEx International Priority or DHL Express. Delivery times range from 3-7 business days depending on destination. All international shipments require signature confirmation and are fully insured for the purchase value.

Insurance & Liability

All shipments are fully insured for the purchase price. In the event of loss or damage during transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve claims. Our liability is limited to the insured value. Customers must inspect packages immediately upon delivery and report any damage within 24 hours.

Delivery Requirements

Adult signature (21+) is required for all deliveries. Packages cannot be left unattended or delivered to P.O. boxes. If delivery fails, packages are held at the carrier facility for pickup. After 5 business days, packages are returned to us and reshipping fees apply.

Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to freight forwarders, military APO/FPO addresses, or certain high-risk international destinations. Some countries have restrictions on luxury goods imports. Customers are responsible for verifying import regulations and restrictions in their country.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, weather, carrier issues, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of our error.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for new watches and 3 days for pre-owned/vintage pieces. All returns must be in unworn condition with original packaging, papers, tags, and protective stickers intact. The watch must pass our return inspection to qualify for a full refund.

Return Conditions

Watches showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for return. This includes but not limited to: scratches on case or bracelet, worn crown, adjusted bracelet links, removed protective stickers, or any evidence of water exposure. Custom or personalized watches, limited editions, and vintage pieces over $50,000 are final sale unless defective.

Return Process

To initiate a return, contact our customer service within the return period to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Returns without a valid RAN will not be processed. You are responsible for return shipping costs and insurance. We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method with signature confirmation.

Upon receipt, returned items undergo a comprehensive inspection. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval. A 3% restocking fee applies to all returns except defective items. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to availability and price differences. The exchange item must be of equal or greater value, and you are responsible for any price difference plus applicable fees. Exchange processing may take 7-14 business days depending on authentication requirements.

6. Product Warranty

New Watches

New watches come with full manufacturer warranties ranging from 2-5 years depending on the brand. Warranty cards are included and must be properly completed for coverage. Manufacturer warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.

Pre-Owned Watches

Pre-owned watches include our 1-year Timeless Vault warranty covering movement functionality and water resistance (where applicable). This warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts but excludes normal wear, damage from misuse, or cosmetic issues. Watches with remaining manufacturer warranty transfer to the new owner where permitted by the manufacturer.

Vintage & Collectible Watches

Vintage watches (25+ years old) are sold with a 30-day functionality guarantee only. These timepieces are sold as collectibles and may require periodic service. We provide detailed condition reports but cannot guarantee long-term reliability due to the age and rarity of components.

Warranty Exclusions

Warranties do not cover:

  • • Damage from water exposure beyond stated resistance
  • • Normal wear and tear including scratches and scuffs
  • • Damage from impacts, drops, or magnetic fields
  • • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • • Damage to leather straps, rubber bands, or bracelets
  • • Battery replacement for quartz movements
  • • Cosmetic damage to cases, dials, or crystals

Warranty service must be performed by authorized service centers. Unauthorized repairs void all warranties. Warranty claims require original purchase receipt and may be subject to inspection fees if no defect is found.

7. Payment Terms

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, bank wire transfers, and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum) for purchases over $10,000. All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase unless financing arrangements have been pre-approved.

Financing Options

Qualified customers may apply for financing on purchases over $5,000 through our partner lending institutions. Financing is subject to credit approval and may require additional documentation. Interest rates and terms vary based on creditworthiness and purchase amount. A down payment of 20-30% may be required.

Payment Security & Verification

All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways. For high-value purchases ($25,000+), additional verification may be required including identity confirmation, proof of funds, or bank verification. We reserve the right to request additional documentation to prevent fraud.

Pricing & Currency

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified. International customers are responsible for currency conversion fees charged by their financial institutions. Prices are subject to change without notice due to market fluctuations, manufacturer price adjustments, or inventory updates.

Taxes & Duties

Sales tax is calculated based on the shipping address where required by law. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our pricing and are collected by customs authorities upon delivery.

Failed payments or chargebacks may result in order cancellation and account suspension. Processing fees for failed transactions may apply and will be charged to the customer.

All content on this website, including images, logos, product descriptions, and graphics, is the property of our company or our suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Data Collection & Use

We collect information necessary to process orders, provide customer service, and improve our services. This includes contact information, payment details, shipping addresses, and purchase history. We may also collect device information and usage data to enhance your browsing experience.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including SSL encryption, secure payment processing, and restricted access to customer data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to fulfill orders, process payments, or comply with legal requirements. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information subject to applicable laws.

10. Dispute Resolution

Initial Resolution Process

Before pursuing formal legal action, you agree to first contact our customer service team to attempt to resolve any disputes informally. We are committed to working with customers to resolve issues promptly and fairly. Most disputes can be resolved through direct communication.

Binding Arbitration

For disputes that cannot be resolved informally, you agree that any claims or disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our services will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except for small claims court matters under $10,000.

Arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will take place in Chicago, Illinois, or another location mutually agreed upon. Each party will bear their own costs and fees unless otherwise awarded by the arbitrator.

Class Action Waiver

You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding will be conducted on an individual basis only and not as part of a class, collective, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitrations.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we, nor our directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
